Terms and Conditions “Special Project – Vieffe Community”
During the month of October 2025, VIEFFE S.r.l. will organize a special sports event in collaboration with Valentina Ferragni, founder of the brand “Valentina Ferragni Studio” (“Brand”), in which a number of community members, selected by a jury appointed by the company, will be able to participate (“Special Project”).
The tentative date for the event is October 29th 2025, but this may be changed by VIEFFE S.r.l. for organizational needs of its own, of Valentina Ferragni, or due to force majeure.
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Special Project and are deemed accepted by candidates and participants upon submission of their application as specified below.
1. The Special Project does not constitute a prize promotion (neither a contest nor a prize operation). Participation involves a selection process based on creative content; no purchase is required, and no prizes of any kind will be awarded.
2. The Special Project provides for the selection of ten (10) people who will be able to attend the event organized by the Brand, featuring the artist and founder, Valentina Ferragni. Starting October 1st, the Brand and Valentina Ferragni will launch communication activities related to the Special Project. Applications may be submitted between October 1st and October 8th inclusive. Once the application period has closed, the Brand—through its internal jury—will select participants between October 9th and October 15th. The selected participants will be announced via email starting October 16th.
3. To be considered, individuals interested in participating must submit their application exclusively to the email address eventi@valentinaferragnistudio.com. Applications sent to other channels, such as the Brand’s or Valentina Ferragni’s social media accounts, will not be considered.
4. Applications must include: full name, link to the applicant’s Instagram profile, confirmation of their availability to attend the event in Milan, confirmation of consent to the use of their image for photos and videos created during the event (e.g., “I confirm my availability to attend the event in Milan in October and authorize the Brand and Valentina Ferragni to use my image and name/username for any content produced during the event”), and a creative presentation video, which will be reviewed by the jury for participant selection.
5. Personal data of candidates will be used to contact selected individuals, to inform them of their selection, and subsequently to provide details about the event. Further details regarding data processing are outlined in the privacy notice below.
6. The jury will review the applications and, at its sole discretion, select the participants. Selected individuals will receive a confirmation email, along with a release form regarding image rights, a liability waiver for sports activities, and a privacy notice. These must be signed and returned within the timeframe specified in the email. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of participation, and the company may select a replacement. Participants who fail to provide the required documentation or cannot attend the event, as well as non-selected candidates, will not be entitled to any compensation, reimbursement, or damages.
7. Should a selected participant be unable to attend the event, they agree to notify the company at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance so that another candidate may be selected.
8. Participation in the Special Project, including the granting of rights for video and content creation, is entirely free of charge. Selected participants waive any claims, including for reimbursement or compensation. Travel expenses to attend the event are not covered, nor is any form of remuneration provided.
9. Participants agree to behave responsibly during the event. As this is a sports activity, individuals who are unable to perform such activities should refrain from applying.
10. By submitting their application, candidates acknowledge and accept that the event will be recorded to create and share content on the Brand’s and Valentina Ferragni’s channels, including for promotional and advertising purposes. Those who do not wish to appear in such content are asked not to apply.
